LEEDS-IRISH band The Aftermath bring their north of England take on alternative and mod rock to Monroe’s Live tomorrow at 11pm.
The Aftermath are led by Johnny and Mick Cronin and their debut album, Friendlier Up Here, showed Mick’s songwriting talents to great effect. The album was highly praised with Hot Press calling it “a record of uncompromising, inspired rock anthems. A stellar debut”; the Irish Independent called them “the saviours of Irish lad rock”; while AU Magazine compared them to the Bad Seeds.
