THE KALAMAZOO Children’s Chorus touring choir are coming to Galway to perform in St Augustine’s Church, Middle Street, tomorrow at 8pm.
The group features 40 young singers and is directed by Fred Sang. It hails from Kalamazoo city, Michigan and specialises in a three and four part treble repertoire with an emphasis on contemporary choral literature. They also perform Renaissance, classical and romantic music.
Grammy award winning choral director Francisco Nunez called the Touring Choir, “One of the finest choirs I have heard in America”.
