The ninth annual Milano Fashion Show, in aid of Enable Ireland, is to take place this Tuesday, March 1, with plenty of glitz and glamour in store for fashionistas of all ages.
This fantastic event will see the restuarant, located at The Corn Store, completely transformed for the fashion show which will feature models from the Catwalk Model Agency showcasing the latest fashions from some of Galway’s most prestigious and popular boutiques.
The Milano Fashion show in Galway is firmly established as one of the highlights of the fashion and social calendar in the west of Ireland. A fabulous fusion of fashion, food, and fine wine is guaranteed with Milano Restaurant providing an abundance of refreshments in its intimate and sociable surroundings. This year’s show will also include a very special selection of designs from local Galway woman Heather Finn.
Participating boutiques include: The Treasure Chest, Sugar Pink, Monet, Beverley Hills, Colette Latchford, Rococo, The Galway Hat Shop, Demora, Madison, and Brown Thomas featuring spectacular designs from home and abroad. Flanagan’s Footwear and Richard Hughes Opticians will feature on the night as will designs from local designer Emily Jean O’ Byrne. Hair and makeup will be styled by the talented team at Bellissimo.
With a fabulous door prize on offer as well as some wonderful prizes throughout the night and an after show party in the Dáil Bar it is an exceptional event on the social calendar in Galway. All proceeds from this annual event continue to support Enable Ireland’s services for children and adults with physical and sensory disabilities in Galway.
