The property consists of a ground floor retail unit with first floor offices overhead. The new store is beside McSwiggan’s and Eddie Rockets and had been previously occupied by John Mulholland bookmakers.
The letting confirms the strength of Eyre Street as one of the dominant retail locations in the city.
