Value for money in O’Donnellan & Joyce auction room this Friday

Anyone looking for value for money will be heading to the Victoria Hotel this Friday at 3pm for the O’Donnellan & Joyce monthly auction.

Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce said there have been 31 houses put up for sale by public auction by O’Donnellan & Joyce this year with 80 per cent sold, and all within 10 to 15 per cent of the advised minimum value.

The properties which are on offer this Friday have very attractive advised minimum values and are expected to attract excellent interest.

The first properties to be auctioned off are two parcels of Land in Cloon, Claregalway, located only five miles from Galway city centre just off the main N17.
