O’Donnellan & Joyce to hold the largest executor property auction tomorrow

O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold the largest executor property auction in the country when 10 properties go under the auction hammer tomorrow (Friday ) at 3pm in the Victoria Hotel.

Colm O’Donnellan of O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers explained that the role of the executors is to organise the disposal of the houses, and the proceeds can be distributed among the remainder of the family and beneficiaries on someone’s death. O’Donnellan & Joyce has been asked by eight different executors to dispose of their homes and is placing them up for auction tomorrow. Two private auctions will also be held, bringing the total to 10 houses going under the hammer at tomorrow’s event.

All of properties are located in established Galway city locations including Woodquay, Newcastle, Prospect Hill, the Claddagh, Salthill, and Canal Road. O’Donnellan & Joyce has valued each property extremely keenly as the executors and clients want to dispose of these homes so that they can distribute the proceeds of the sales.
