Rich Hall, Jim Jeffries, Aprés Match, and David O’Doherty are just some of the comedians who will be performing at next month’s Galway Comedy Festival.
The Bulmers Galway Comedy Festival runs from Wednesday October 20 to Sunday 24. This year features a very strong line up of Irish and international talent, with no fewer than four Edinburgh Award winners - Rich Hall, Phil Nichol, Brendon Burns, and David O’Doherty - and a world theatre premiere of Conor Montague’s Who Needs Enemies.
Other comedians performing at the festival are Karl Spain, Maeve Higgins, Jimeoin, Dead Cat Bounce, Andrew Maxwell, Rubberbandits, The Hardy Bucks, Grandmaster Cash, Hector Ó hEochagáin, Pappy’s Fun Club, Jason Byrne, Aprés Match, Colin Murphy, Keith Farnan, Jarlath Regan, Paddy Courtney, Carl Donnelly, Abandoman, Gearoid Farrelly, Eric Lalor, and Tom Rhodes.
Shows at the festival include Whose Line Is It Anyway?, City West Side Story, and Late Night Gimp Fight. All performances will take place in the Róisín Dubh, the Town Hall Theatre, the Radisson Live Lounge, The Black Box Theatre, Cuba*, and Campbell’s Tavern.
