THE COMPANY Productions/Trench Entertainment is seeking funds for a film, based on it’s play DUÆL which was performed in the Town Hall in June.
DUÆL is set post-WWII Germany and concerns the interrogation of a German Luftwaffe Colonel by a US Major working for the War Crimes Office.
DUÆL features an in-depth look at a German military officer’s life and career in the inter-war period, including the actions of the German ‘Condor Legion’ in Spain and the infamous Guernica bombing.
The film will be shot in August and funds raised for the project will go towards equipment rental, food for cast and crew, transport costs, and towards the art department, costumes, and props.
