Only Fumes & Corpses launch new album

GALWAY HARDCORE punk band Only Fumes & Corpses launch their new album Who Really Cares, What Really Lasts, at Aras Na Gael, Dominick Street, on Thursday July 22.

Who Really Cares, What Really Lasts is the band’s first full length album and will be available on the night on both CD and vinyl. The vinyl version comes with a download card which has a unique code to enable fans to get an MP3 version of the album.

Recent line-up changes have given the band a new sound and the album sees Only Fumes experimenting with d-beat, dub, as well as featuring plenty of straight ahead hardcore.

Support is from Easpa Measa, Stick Around, and This Tongue Is Poison. Doors are at 8.15pm. Admission is €7 (€10 includes the CD and €12 includes the vinyl ).

Zhivago Records will also be stocking the album from July 23 and the band will be performing in-store at 7pm that night. See www.myspace.com/onlyfumesandcorpses
