Drawings and plans for the proposed new Garda station in Murrough, Dublin Road, can be viewed by the public in the Garda Office in Mill Street.
The closing date for submissions on the plans is Tuesday and Independent councillor Terry O’Flaherty is calling on members of the public who are interested to make their views known.
The proposed plans can be viewed today and tomorrow between 9.30am and 5pm, except during the hours of 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
Submissions can be sent to The Commissioner of Public Works in Ireland, Project Management Sevices, Unit 13, Lakeside Retail Park, Claremorris, Co Galway.
