On Saturday May 29 John Donnellan and Danny Dowling will showcase a night of new jokes, spoofs, and sketches at the Comedy Comedy gig in the Róisín Dubh. Headlining will be Michael Mee who has been described by Time Out New York as ‘Woody Allen with a Cork brogue’. The Irish Times described his performance as simply ‘hilarious’.
With a stroke of genius and a tiny budget, John and Danny have figured out a way to get top quality comedians to play for free from around the world via the magic of skype. Edinburgh award winner Aindres De Staic will be appearing on the big screen, as will the marvellous Jessica Delfino from New York.
The night of fun begins at 8.30pm and an entertaining evening is guaranteed. Tickets are €10.
