Along with his renowned meat offering currently on Main Street Loughrea, this new premises will have an expansive food range including fish, home bakery, takeout meals, cheese, wine, fruit and vegetables, and a juice bar. Shoppers will also be able to relax in a unique glass fronted mezzanine level café, offering snacks and light meals.
“A lot of planning and research has gone into what will be the first of its kind in the east Galway area, and we are looking forward to welcoming our loyal customers and hopefully many new ones,” Mr Corry said this week.
