The Western Branch of the Coeliac Society of Ireland is holding an autumn information evening on Thursday November 5 at 7.30pm, in Arts Millennium Building, NUI Galway.
Guest speaker for the evening is Anne Manning, food list manager, Coeliac Society of Ireland, who produces the food list for all coeliac members.
Also attending will be Joe Flynn from Livwell, Ruth Friel from Mophia Bakery, and Pearce Stokes from Eco Direct who will be giving a brief outline on its range of gluten free products.
Registration is at 7pm. There will be a charge of €5 to cover administration costs. Gluten-free refreshments available afterwards. All family, friends, and members are welcome.
