Get toned at lunchtime

Energie fitness for women understands that it can be difficult to find the time to exercise, but by introducing a moderate amount into your daily life, you can significantly improve your overall health, well-being, and quality of life. One point four per cent is the percentage of your week that five 30 minute exercise sessions require, enough for a health-boosting dose of exercise Monday through Friday.

Energie developed a solution to the problem of not having time to exercise by introducing a ‘lunchtime express abs blast workout’. This consists of 30 minutes of non-stop tummy exercises, with results visible in as little as one month.

At only five euro per class, or free for members, there is no excuse for not having a flat toned stomach. Classes also run on mornings and evenings. If you have young children and find it difficult to fit your workout around them, Energie is offering a fun fit kids class every Wednesday for one hour. The facility also offers a homework room where your child can spend some time getting through homework while you have a workout.
