Sightsavers Ireland is calling on Galway primary school children to paint ‘The sight they would most like to see’ for the first Sightsavers Ireland Junior Painter of the Year Awards.
Sightsavers are expecting hundreds of students from Galway primary schools to take part in this competition, launched to coincide with World Sight Day 2009 which takes place today.

All 12 winners will receive vouchers for Easons plus passes to Airfield. At the exhibition launch in early 2010, the four overall national winners will be announced.
