The Athenry Environmental Network is holding an open day on its allotment scheme on Saturday October 3 from 2pm to 3pm.
The meeting will include tips on planting and growing vegetables in your garden, in limited spaces, or in an allotment. A particular focus will be given to growing winter vegetables and October is the perfect time to start thinking about what you can grow over the winter.
