MIRAKIL WHIP, 21 Outs, and an intriguing new musician called ODi are just some of the acts who will be play the next Underground Live! gigs in De Burgo’s.
Five bands play on Thursday July 24. Headline act are Galway grunge/hard rock band 21 Outs; Galway indie-rockers Echo Lawrence and Lakes On Fire; Message Blank, an acoustic/indie band from the Aran Islands; and Kildare heavy rockers Bazuki.
Thursday August 31, has another, highly promising line-up. The headliners are Mirikal Whip, the experimental guitar/electronica duo of AnneMarie Deacy and Aaron Coyne; witty pop-rocker So Cow; avant heavy rockers The Brno Chairs, led by Bushy; minimalist-prog from Meath with Agitated Radio Pilot; and fock-rocker ODi, who has just released her new EP A Superman.
Doors open at 8.30pm. Admission is €10.
