Transition Year students complete self-defence course

Transition year students from Archbishop McHale College in Tuam recently completed a four week course in basic kickboxing, self-defence and street awareness.

The course was carried out under the guidance of professional mixed martial artist and Black Dragon chief coach, Pete Foley.

Each student received a leaflet containing safety information and tips on street awareness.
