Uniquely recognised as local employer of choice

Galway-based Uniquely has been officially differentiated in the sectors it supports as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in 2024.

Ireland’s leading sales and service outsourcing partner, with a Customer Engagement Centre in Galway, was recently recognised at the 22nd annual Great Place to Work Awards. This recognition showcases organisations setting their ambition to build a great workplace culture and employee experience.

This is also the first year that Uniquely has been named as a top Irish workplace following direct feedback from its staff, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the overall workplace experience.

Simon Brown, Chief Operating Officer at Uniquely said that in an indisputable competitive talent market, they are delighted to be recognised by their people as an employer of choice.

“Experience is central to what we do; we deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, putting them at the heart of every action. This is why it is great to be recognised for our commitment to creating a high-trust work experience for our staff where they can thrive.”

Commenting about all the exceptional companies recognised as a Best Workplace in Ireland 2024, Cathal Divilly, CEO of Great Place to Work® Ireland said these organisations’ dedication to fostering an environment where all employees can thrive is inspiring, and this recognition is a testament to their unwavering commitment to maintaining this.

“They have exceeded expectations in their dedication to their employees and cultivated a great workplace culture where everyone can be themselves and thrive at work. This achievement is not just a milestone but a reflection of their tireless efforts at crafting workplaces where talent not only flourishes but also feels valued and empowered.”

“I’d like to congratulate these organisations once again on this outstanding achievement, and may this recognition fuel their continued journey towards excellence and innovation.”

Using the global standard Best Workplaces methodology as its basis, Ireland’s Best Workplaces 2024 is the list recognising the top Certified organisations this year in Ireland, of all sizes and industry sectors. The methodology, which is also the basis for the Fortune 100 list, involves assessment through Great Place to Work’s robust ‘Trust Index’ employee survey and a thorough ‘Culture Audit©’ assessment of their policies and practices.
