All About Kombucha has been added to the Simply Better range in Dunnes Stores nationwide.
The project, which has been in the works for the past two years, was announced this week. All About Kombucha has released three new flavours exclusive to the Dunne's Stores Simply Better range — Passionfruit and Mint, Rose and Apple, and Cucumber and Lemon.
All About Kombucha brews its kombucha in the Ghaeltacht of Claregalway. Company co-founders Keith Loftus and Emmett Kerrigan combine tea water, sugar and Kombucha and let it ferment for 21 to 30 days. What you get is a fizzy, punchy, probiotic drink. Organic, raw, unpasteurized — it ticks all the key trends. "When Dunne's approached us to make a kombucha for the Simply Better range there was one song that came to mind and its been playing since our launch — Tina Turner, 'You're Simply The Best' sums it up pretty well," they said.

We all understand the importance of shopping local in order to preserve the family shops and independent outlets that give Galway its beautiful character.
