Coldtober is a fundraising event, for the much-needed mental health services, during the month of October - where the public are invited to join in a month-long challenge to help progress their mission to support children, young people and adults with their mental health.
Over the past two years, Coldtober™ has successfully engaged more than 900 participants who embraced the challenge of completing 31 days of cold showers/swims. This year, the initiative takes on an even more personalised approach, supporting participants to set their own goals in terms of cold-water immersion. Participants are encouraged to embark on a journey of self-discovery, pushing their own boundaries to make a positive impact on their well-being and at the same time supporting a great cause.
Participants and supporters are invited to follow the Coldtober™ journey on Helplink Mental Health's social media platforms. Engage with us and share your experiences by tagging us on Instagram (@HelplinkMentalHealth ), Twitter (@HelplinkMH ), and Facebook (@HelplinkMentalHealth ). Join the dedicated Coldtober™ Facebook Group to connect with other participants.
