Indreabhán Film Society's Spring Season Continues

Club Scannán Sailearna's spring season of world cinema continues with German film The Ordinaries, shown in partnership with the Dublin International Film Festival, this Thursday March 2 in Seanscoil Sailearna, Indreabhán, at 8.15pm.

The film deals with the challenges faced by an actress who finds herself on the fringes and is about to face the most important challenge of her life.

Between now and Easter, there will be a film will screened weekly in Seanscoil Sailearna every Thursday night at 8.15pm.

Next Thursday March 9, a feature length documentary on the poet Doireann Ní Ghríofa, Aisling Trí Néallaibh: Clouded Reveries, will be shown. Among the other films due to be shown include the critically acclaimed Iranian film No Bears (March 16 ), Corsage (March 23 ) and Alcarras (March 30 ) - the winner of a Golden Globe at last year's Berlin film festival.
