Mike Denver, one of Galway's favourite sons, is back to us on Tuesday February 14, 2023, when he plays at The Clayton Hotel. His special guests include Philomena Begley, Brendan Shine, Ray Lynma and Declan Nerney.
His audience is vast throughout Ireland - North and South - and he is now becoming just as popular in the UK, with some sellout concerts in England and Scotland over the past couple of years. Mike's meteoric rise in popularity culminated with him being voted 'Entertainer of the Year 2016', together with his number 1 album of the year, 'Cut Loose' at the ACMA Awards.
To date, Mike has had 15 hit albums and 5 DVDs. With his excellent backing band, Mike presents a two and a half hour high energy show which features all of his hits including 'Tommy K', 'Wasn't that a Party', 'Galway Girl', and 'Blown Away', plus a collection of solid hits from the 60s and 70s.
He will play the Great National Hotel in Ballina on Saturday, January 14, The Clayton Hotel in Galway on Tuesday, February 14 and the Radisson Blu in Athlone on Thursday, February 16.
