The GRETB Community Employment Scheme – invested in people

The GRETB Community Employment Scheme is comprised of a group of likeminded co-sponsor organisations who are fully invested in assisting those who are seeking to return to employment.

The CE scheme is dedicated to providing support, training and advice which is tailored to the needs of each participant.

Focused on the individual, the purpose of the GRETB CE scheme is to mentor and guide participants at all stages of their placement with the collective goal of re-invigorating participants working lives.

Dedicated to training and development, the GRETB CE Scheme provides training which is funded through the DEASP for our participants, allowing them to upskill or to retrain while at the same time having the benefit of real life work experience.

Currently the GRETB CE Scheme has positions available in the areas of Social Care, Accounting, Housing and Accommodation administration, Office and Business administration and Environmental development. In all of these positions participants are assured of receiving the dedicated support of all the team on the GRETB CE Scheme,

Community employment schemes are aimed at those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. The GRETB CE scheme offers an ideal avenue back to meaningful and focused employment.
