O’Donnellan & Joyce will hold its live property auction at 12 noon in the Harbour Hotel, New Dock Road, Galway, on Friday April 8, and for the first time in two years it will be attended by a live audience.
Colm O’Donnellan said: “For the last two years we have been holding auctions during the Covid period by taking bids online and by phone, while streaming the auctions live by Brandt Studios. For our next auction we will be using the combination of technology we have used over the past two years, along with having a live audience so people can bid either in the room or from the comfort of their own home.”
O’Donnellan added: “There’s plenty of variety in this auction to suit investors and first time buyers, with many counties along the western seaboard having something for sale, particularly in Galway city where there are a number of properties in prime locations.”
The auction will see more than 25 lots going under the hammer including residential and commercial properties in Mayo, Westmeath, Donegal, and Sligo. If you are interested in bidding, registration for the auction must be completed prior to the auction date on the company website www.odj.ie
The entire auction catalogue, including full property details and photographs of each, are available to view at www.odj.ie If you or someone that you know may be interested in any of the following properties, call 091 564 212 or email at [email protected] to find out more and be sure to check out open viewings over the next few weeks before these wonderful properties go under the hammer.
