IAM Sold sales manager Shane May says the success of its auctions is down to the large marketing campaigns, “while also working in close partnership with our local partner auctioneers.

“For anyone thinking of listing a property for sale, we recommend contacting our auction team before the Christmas break to get the ball rolling. This will leave the property in good stead to be ready to be sold at the first auction date of the New Year, which will be held on February 3, 2022.

“Previous years have shown the traffic on the property portals is extremely busy over the Christmas period and the auction specialists are confident there will be a hot start, enquiry wise, when they return to office after the Christmas break.”

IAM Sold Property Auctions has now confirmed 10 online auction dates for 2022, with the first to take place on February 3.Telephone 091 882121 or visit www.iamsold.ie” www.iamsold.ie.
