Tommy Tiernan - more Galway shows for 2022

Comedian to play two nights at Galway Comedy Festival next October

IF YOU did not get tickets to Tommy Tiernan’s Róisín Dubh shows in January or Leisureland shows in February, fear not, there will be a chance to see him at the Galway Comedy Festival.

Tommy Tiernan will play two nights at the 2022 Galway Comedy Festival, when he brings his new Tomfoolery show to Leisureland, Salthill, on Wednesday October 26 and Thursday 27.

Tommy has been a stand-up comic now for more than 25 years, appeared on countless television shows including The Late Show with David Letterman three times and has had his own one hour special broadcast on Comedy Central USA. He played the father in the hit show Derry Girls and is the host of his own highly critically praised improvised chat show on RTÉ One.

He has been accused of blasphemy in Seanad Éireann, voted Ireland funniest living person and hailed by Billy Connolly as one of his three favourite comedians in the world.

Tickets are from €35 via www.roisindubh.net
