Burkeway Homes has started the final phase of new homes at its hugely successful Fánán development at Letteragh Road, Galway.
Close to 90 homes have been sold to date in Fánán since the first phase was released to the market ‘off plan’ at the end of summer 2020. Phase one consisted of 46 quality three and four bedroom houses and was a phenomenal success, selling out in quick time and with more than 30 of the happy purchasers now residing in their new homes.
The Blake at Fánán was the next phase of homes to be released, comprising luxurious, spacious and bright, next generation, one, two, and three bedroom apartments and two bed penthouses contained within four separate three storey buildings, each with a set-back penthouse level.
There has been huge interest in The Blake, with three of the four apartment blocks already sold out. This final release will provide the last remaining homes in Fánán, which in total comprises 101 homes.

First time buyers at The Blake may qualify for the Help to Buy scheme, which was enhanced last year. Qualifying purchasers could now be eligible for a tax rebate of up to 10 per cent of the value of the property, subject to a maximum of €30,000. The scheme is due to expire at the end of 2021.
