The Kings Head Pub and Bistro has advanced their safety measures by installing six Irish-made Novaerus air disinfection devices to support customer and staff wellbeing at their 800-year-old premises in the Latin Quarter in Galway city.
The medical grade Novaerus device uses patented ‘NanoStrike’ plasma technology that has been proven to inactivate 99.997% of Sars-CoV-2 the virus that causes coronavirus as well as all airborne viruses and bacteria all year round.
The Kings Head, which had been closed for 215 days since Christmas Eve 2020, opened on Monday 26 July for indoor dining and drinks.
