A LIVE music concert, featuring young musicians from Galway, Gort, Kinvara, Headford, Tuam, and Loughrea, will be broadcast from Nuns Island Theatre this month.
The show is presented by the Livefeed youth music project and Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture, and will be pre-recorded and available to watch on the Livefeed YouTube channel on Wednesday December 23 8pm.
“2020 has had a particular impact on young people with social interactions, after school clubs, sporting, and artistic outlets all restricted," said singer-songwriter and educator, Tracy Bruen. "We connected with our young musicians for an online live stream in November which was a hugely fulfilling experience for all involved. We are delighted to collaborate with our Livefeed community once more to producing this series of live videos."

Since January 2019, Livefeed has worked with young people from across the county to co-produce live music events in safe, alcohol-free environments, and to help participants pursue interests in songwriting, performance, audio production, sound engineering, and music photography.
