The g Hotel & Spa launches new millinery afternoon tea

This autumn, the g Hotel & Spa has announced a new afternoon tea in collaboration with local milliner Caithriona King Design, with inspiration from her autumn/winter collection 2020.

Don’t put special occasions on hold; celebrate your special moments by bringing a little “g” to your home with a takeaway Caithriona King Millinery inspired afternoon tea offering from €25 per person.

From Caithriona King’s design inspirations, to her favourite colours and flavours this season, this carefully hand-crafted millinery afternoon tea is created with skill and precision by the hotels in house pastry chefs. The g Hotel & Spa combines modern cuisine with an element of fashion and fun, from wonderful savoury bites including croque monsieur and beef brisket to an assortment of sweet treats such as calamansi and coconut profiterole and Guinness cake with Bailey’s icing, to name a select few. To accompany this selection of delicacies, the g hotel team will recommend herbal teas for you to enjoy with your afternoon tea.

Originally designed by the world-famous milliner Philip Treacy, the g Hotel & Spa partners with Galway’s most inspiring milliners in keeping with the hotel’s history and design.

Afternoon tea can be tailored for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dietary requirements.
