IAM Sold Property Auctions reveals fresh new look

IAM Sold Property Auctions, which runs the Connacht, Munster, Leinster, and Northern Ireland property auctions has announced a new look across its online auction platforms and websites. After eight years in business, the company has unveiled its new branding and logo to celebrate its time in business and also to look to the future in these times of uncertainty.

Director of the IAM Sold Group Patrick Folan commented: “We feel the new branding encompasses our growing business model and partnership with over 300 auctioneers across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our business is based on strong partnerships where we work very closely with partner auctioneers to achieve excellent results for clients. We feel now, more than ever, there is a need for the security and shorter timeframes that our online auctions are currently delivering. We hope to work with many new partner auctioneers and clients in the coming months and allow buyers and sellers to transact properties in a timely and painless process.”

The auction company has had to change the way its business operates in recent months, as have all sectors. In June the property regulator announced new protocols and safe provision which allowed for a return to business with viewings recommencing across Ireland. Since June, IAM Sold Property Auctions has experienced record-breaking demand for the properties that have been offered at its monthly online auctions. Patrick Folan commented: “The month of August proved to be our busiest August on record over the past eight years, more than doubling last year's sales. We are also looking at our busiest quarter on record which has surprised us all a bit. With this in mind, we felt now was the right time to announce the rebranding and plan for the coming months and years.”

IAM Sold assures its clients and partner auctioneers network, that under the new look websites and logos, the team at IAM Sold will continue to offer the same professional and friendly service that they have offered since the company formation in 2012.

The company strives to continuously upgrade and enhance its online auction platform, which has proven extremely popular with sellers and buyers alike over the last eight years, and especially during these uncertain times. Mr Folan added: “Over the last number of years we have made many improvements to our online bidding websites in an effort to make the bidding process as clean and user friendly as possible. Our online auction platform allows interested parties to download legal documents, raise legal queries with the solicitors, bid on properties, and allows for contracts to be signed - all from the comfort of their homes. We feel our online platform is ideally suited in the current situation, allowing properties to transact quickly and efficiently all online.”

IAM Sold Property Auctions is continuing to take entries for its online auctions which are ongoing, with strong demand continuing for auction properties. The next auction dates are Northern Ireland on October 21, Connacht on October 22, Munster on October 29, and Leinster on November 5.
