O’Donnellan & Joyce launches more auction catalogues after July success

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan will be on the podium once again in the Harbour Hotel on Friday September 18 with the O’Donnellan & Joyce nationwide property auction, commencing 12 noon.

The nationwide auctioneers have launched another auction campaign after the success of its last auction which took place in late July.

Achieving more than €4 million sales revenue and reaching an 80 per cent success rate, Colm O’Donnellan says the public auction method of sale has proven to be successful, effective and efficient for both buyers and sellers when it comes to making a property transaction.

The staff of O’Donnellan & Joyce will be in attendance on September 18 with its team taking telephone and internet bids from remote bidders. The remote bids, combined with a video stream of the auction, be displayed on the live screens that will be broadcast over the internet and the auction house’s social media platforms, as well as throughout the various lounge areas and waiting rooms within the auction venue.

To bid remotely, a buyer must register in advance with the auction house by contacting the auction team or completing a registration form on the company website (www.odonnjoyce.com ).

While the Covid-19 Pandemic continues, the team at O’Donnellan & Joyce remains confident that its auction properties will attract many viewers and bidders as the demand for homes continues to rise.

The upcoming auction campaign will see some 40 properties go under the hammer on September 18. The catalogue comprises several former Garda Stations and regional office,s as well as sites, residential and commercial properties coming up for sale through the Office of Public Works.

There are also a number of privately-owned properties, as well as assets offered for sale by various financial institutions.

Scattered throughout Co Galway and further afield, this auction catalogue offers a variety of style, condition and value, with properties to suit every budget and requirement.
