Managing director, Laura Lynch, established the practice in June 2016, having trained in Arthur Andersen and worked within various Big 4 and Top 10 tier firms and industry for almost 20 years. Laura is a Council member of the Irish Tax Institute and Chair of TALC (Direct Taxes ). She was co-author of the ITI’s annual publication, FINAK, covering Finance Acts 2015 to 2018.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified CTA who would be a key player in a firm whose purpose is to help clients make important decisions about the people and things that are important to them. Laura Lynch & Associates do this by providing relevant, accurate and timely tax and business solutions and helping clients implement and manage those decisions. The successful candidate will gain incredible tax and commercial experience, with endless opportunities for learning and interacting with clients.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide personalised, commercial tax solutions to clients who are making important decisions about the people and issues that are important to them.
They are looking for a highly motivated individual with an excellent academic record who is keen to progress their tax career. They should have strong technical and communication skills, with experience of researching complex technical issues. They are looking for that someone who is friendly, a positive communicator and who will go the extra mile and use their initiative when it comes to thinking about and delivering tax services.
