Former Solidarity TD Ruth Coppinger will be in NUI Galway today to meet with students, graduates, staff, and the broader public, to launch her Seanad election campaign.
While at the university, she will discuss the housing crisis, delivering women's equality and LGBT+ rights, abolishing fees, and "ending precarity in colleges and workplaces. The meeting will take place from 1pm in The Space, Áras na Mac Léinn, NUIG.
