Sive to play next Eclectics night

Singer-songwriter has been called 'one of the most inspiring and exciting artists of our time'

SIVE, THE singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, called "one of the most inspiring and exciting artists of our time", by Female First UK, plays the next Eclectics night.

Sive plays Eclectics at The Black Gate Cultural Centre, St Francis Street, on Wednesday March 4 at 9pm. Her alt.folk style music combines multi-layered vocals with delicately woven musicality. She has supported Lisa Hannigan, Cathy Davey, and Mick Flannery, and played Electric Picnic, Body & Soul, and the Cúirt International Festival of Literature.

Her debut album, The Roaring Girl, came out in 2017 while an EP was released in May 2019. She is currently working on a new album. The first taste of her new material, 'Oh Mother', which tackles climate change from a personal perspective, was released last October.

Support is from Neil Moran. Tickets are €10 from bit.ly/eclecticssive
