EMMA, THE latest screen adaptation of Jane Austin's 1815 novel, starring Anya Taylor-Joy, Johnny Flynn, and Bill Nighy, will have a sensory screening in the Pálás on Sunday March 1 at 10.30am.
The screening will provide a comfortable and calming cinema-going experience for individuals on the autism spectrum, and adults and children with sensory conditions or learning difficulties. There will be low lighting and sound levels; the audience will be able to bring their own food; seating allocation is spaced out if any audience members wish to move around; and assistance dogs are welcome. The bar will be reserved to provide a chill-out space if needed. Staff will be on-hand to provide assistance and support if needed.
