The Connacht Property Auction to hold public auction this evening

The Connacht Property Auction will hold its fourth public auction event of the year at 7pm today (Thursday ), in the Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction will offer properties from across the province including residential homes, commercial properties, and agricultural holdings. The auction house has already held three public auctions in 2019, with an average 90 per cent success rate on the lots offered.

Patrick Folan of The Connacht Property Auction said: "We have an excellent variety of properties on offer at our public auction event this September. The market is continuing to improve and we are finding that there is an ongoing healthy appetite for realistically priced property throughout the province. Our partner agents have been kept busy as requests for viewings of the auction lots remain high. We are already taking entries for our last public auction event for the year on November 21, along with our ongoing online auctions which are proving popular with property owners and buyers alike. We would invite any property owners thinking of selling to come along to the auction and to discuss selling their property with a member of the auction team. There is no cost to attend the auction and refreshments are provided."
