Swimming is an essential lifesaving skill

Everyone is capable of learning to swim. The team at Braemor SC have successfully taught the very young from three years of age to the more senior age groups to swim.

Having an experienced instructor in the water as well as on the side of the pool helps even the most nervous pupils overcome their fear of water and succeed in learning to swim.

At the improvers' class the fully qualified instructor, Anne Page, who is a former international and Olympic panellist swimmer, puts great emphasis on the breathing technique on front crawl, helping swimmers to swim for longer distances and with ease.

Children's classes for complete beginners and improvers in Clarinbridge will commence on Friday September 13 at 5.30pm. Lane swimming and introduction to lifesaving for children will begin on September 13 at 6.15pm.

One to one classes for adults and teenagers at a time that suits you are available on request. To book phone 085 1223303 or join at the class.
