THE POET and harpist Emily Cullen will launch the latest issue of poetry journal, Skylight 47, on Sunday September 8 at 5pm in The House Hotel, Lower Merchants Road.
The issue, and an accompanying eight-page special supplement focusing on new writing, is the product of the 'Let the Stories Be Told' project, which was supported by the Galway 2020 - Small Towns Big Ideas programme. It is also the first themed issue and follows the Galway 2020 themes of language, landscape, and migration.
There will be music and readings at the launch. All are welcome.
