Fairy fun for all at Brigit's Garden

The Fairy Queen and Elf King are on their way to Brigit's Garden and are inviting all fairies and elves to join them for a magical day of fairy fun in Ireland's award winning Celtic Gardens.

The festivities take place from 12.30pm until 4.30pm on August 16, and everyone is encouraged to come in their favourite fairy or elf costume for an enchanting day in the gardens.

Activities include meeting the Fairy Queen and Elf King, Tug-O-War, the Elf Hunt, a visit to the Fairy Garden, arts and crafts, including creating a fairy door, wand and crown making, storytelling, and the elf and fairy ball.

A perfect fun summer holiday project for children is to create their own fairy garden and bring it along on the day for the exhibition.The fairy queen has a prize for all those who take part.

The café will be serving fresh local produce and the usual drinks and treats.
