CEARA CONWAY, the singer and visual artist from Connemara, is launching a Kickstarter fundraising campaign to help her record and release her debut album, which will be entitled Caoin.
Caoin will be an album of traditional and contemporary laments from Ireland, Lebanon, Africa, Georgia, and Portugal. It will be produced by Jack Talty of Raelach Records, and will feature musician Nick Roth, Tommy Hayes, Mattu Noone, Francesco Turissi and Liam Conway, and Niall Ní Lochlainn.
