Renault LCVs are taken to the next stage

With 120 years of expertise and leadership in the market of vans and electric light commercial vehicles in Europe, Groupe Renault has reveals four new models.

The new Renault Master, with a new, more robust front end, a completely new interior, new ADAS, and new more powerful and efficient engines.

Next up is the new Renault Trafic, the versatile van and the revisited modular and comfortable passenger transport, with a new interior and exterior design and new engines.

They are followewd by the new Kangoo ZE Concept, a show-car with a sculpted and dynamic design, which foreshadows the renewal of Kangoo from 2020 in mainland Europe.

After launching the fourth electric light commercial vehicle in its line last year with Master ZE, Groupe Renault maintains its European leading position in this market segment with a 46.2 per cent share, especially with its best-seller, Kangoo ZE.

Renault aims to globally extend its leadership into new markets. The group is already strengthening its presence in China, with the creation of Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Company, in South Korea with the launch of Renault Master, and in Latin America where Renault holds a 16.9 per cent market share and launched the new Kangoo.

After revealing at the end of 2018 the EZ-PRO concept car, reflecting its vision of the future of last-mile urban delivery by 2030, Groupe Renault continues to explore tomorrow’s mobility for business customers with EZ-FLEX, an innovative experiment to understand daily last-mile delivery in urban areas.

Denis Le Vot, Alliance SVP, Renault-Nissan LCV Business Unit, said 2018 was the best year for the Light Commercial Vehicles business in terms of sales, with 34 per cent growth compared to the previous year.
