IAM Sold Property Auctions, which currently runs The Connacht Property Auction and its counterparts in Leinster, Munster, and Northern Ireland, has announced a new dedicated national auction platform for land sales.
The auction portal, www.landauction.ie, offers agricultural land and development land for sale via online auction from all counties in Ireland. As usual IAM Sold will work in partnership with one of its network of 200-plus partner auctioneers nationwide on each sale. This mix of local auctioneer and national auction house working together ensures properties receive maximum exposure locally, nationally, and internationally.
Patrick Convey, director of IAM Sold, said: "We are hugely excited about this new dedicated strand to our business. Auction always has been a preferred way of selling land due to the secure sale process. We see massive value for vendors in having a centralised national auction platform which will ensure fantastic exposure for their lands, allowing them to reach a wider audience.
