THE SKEFF Bar will host a jam-packed St Patrick’s Weekender featuring live bands, DJs, food and drink specials, including the limited edition Paddy’s Day Cocktail, Leitrim Rising!, as well as sporting action live across the TV screens.
The weekender begins tomorrow at 9pm with live music from Evoke, playing favourite songs and a few rebel tunes from the Dropkick Murphys. They are followed by Vicaria from 11pm, a duo playing classic pop and rock. There will also be live coverage of racing from Cheltenham.
Saturday is the 'Pre-Paddy’s Day Party' with Junior B’s from 8.30pm playing pop and rock tunes, followed by DJ Aodhan. The Skeff’s five bars will be showing Six Nations matches - Italy v France (12.30pm ) and Wales v Ireland (2.45pm ), and the Premier League clash between Man Utd and Man City (12.30pm ).
St Patrick's Day (Sunday ) will see a major trad session with Ogma from 12.30pm. The AIB Hurling and Football Club finals are live from 1pm (complimentary Tayto sandwiches at half-time ), followed by live music with Junior B’s (starting 5pm ), Back 2 Front (8.30pm ), and DJ Aodhan (10.30pm ).
