Fantasy Football round 29 preview

There are only 10 matches to go in the Premier League. Liverpool and Man City are slugging it out at the top for the right for them to call themselves the best team in the land; the battle for Champions League football is hotting up, and plenty of sides are fighting for their top-flight lives; it is exciting.

The Advertiser Tribal Leader League in association St Anthony's and Claddagh Credit Union is getting tight too and whoever managers select over the coming rounds could make or break their seasons.

Sergio Agüero (Man City ) v Bournemouth

His style decisions might be questionable with horrendous dyed blond hair but what is not in doubt is the Argentine hitman's talent in front of goal. Ten goals in his nine outings sees Sergio Agüero as the league's hottest property. On Saturday afternoon, the champions visit the Vitality Stadium to take on a Bournemouth side who are struggling. Three losses and a draw in their last four matches, including 11 goals conceded, see the Cherries looking like cannon fodder for Man City. I see a thumping win for Pep Guardiola's men and a hatful of goals for Agüero. Make him your captain.

Pedro (Chelsea ) v Fulham

There seems to be only one place in London that has more disharmony and backstabbing politics than Stamford Bridge and that is Westminster. But a good performance in the EFL Cup final loss against Man City on Sunday and a vital 2-0 wing against Spurs on Wednesday night might suggest Chelsea's form might be taking an upturn. One player who shone head and shoulders above everyone else on Wednesday was Pedro. The Spanish winger buzzed about the pitch and opened the scoring with a little bit of magic. Chelsea makes the short journey up the King's Road to take on Fulham on Sunday. The Cottagers are gone. They will be relegated. I believe it will be a Chelsea win with Pedro playing a crucial role. Get him in your team.

Raúl Jiménez (Wolves ) v Cardiff

The boys from the Black Country have been the surprise package of the season and are sitting pretty in the seventh position. One of the key men in Wolves run is Raúl Jiménez. The big striker is in good form with four goals and one assist in his last six games. On Saturday afternoon Wolves welcome Cardiff City to Molineux. The Blue Birds are in the relegation zone after two heavy defeats to Watford and Everton over the last week. I cannot see it get any better for Neil Warnock's men at the weekend with Jiménez being the main man.
