TOTALLY WIRED, described by The Irish Times as "Ireland’s answer to Flight of the Conchords", but who describe themselves as "Ireland’s oldest and least successful boy band", are coming back to the Róisín Dubh.
Totally Wired play the Comedy KARLnival in the Dominick Street venue on Tuesday September 26 at 8pm. The duo's interactive mix of comedy and music has seen them appear on Republic of Telly and at Electric Picnic, Indiependence, The Cat Laughs, Body and Soul, and the Vodafone Comedy Carnival Galway. Des Bishop said of them: “Guaranteed to always bring it, they'll never let you down."
Also on the bill is Kerry's Ronan Grace, who combines old school wit with new age cynicism, and a generous twist of silly. Since being a finalist in the nationwide Craic Attack Competition and in FM104’s Dublin's Funniest Person, he has been impressing audiences across Ireland and Britain, supporting Andrew Maxwell and Dave McSavage. He has appeared on Republic Of Telly and The Fear.
Support is from Brian Gallagher. Landing a place as runner-up in Show Me The Funny 2017, he has since gone on to be a regular contributor to the successful YouTube channel 'Facts' and had a sell-out performance at Whelan’s in Dublin. He has played Forbidden Fruit, the Edinburgh Fringe, and the Vodafone Comedy Carnival.
