Interest mounts in The Connacht Property Auction

With the next Connacht Property Auction on September 13 fast approaching, the auction team are expecting a busy few weeks with viewings. The Connacht Property Auction works in partnership with more than 40 auctioneers in Connacht offering properties for sale in Galway, Mayo, Leitrim, Roscommon, and Sligo.

The auction team have already noted a spike in inquiry levels on many of the properties currently being offered for sale by the auction house. Brian Christy from The Connacht Property Auction said: “Our last auction on July 5 was hugely successful, with 86 per cent of lots sold, and we are expecting similar results on September 13.”

The Connacht Property Auction will hold two more public auctions this year, on September 13 and November 22, in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. Mr Christy added: "Our auctions are suitable for all types of vendors and buyers. The majority of our vendors are private individuals who want to advertise their property to a wider audience and receive a fair price in the process. Our service gives vendors the benefit of our large marketing campaign locally, nationally, and overseas." The company is still the only auctioneer in Ireland which does not charge any upfront costs to enter a property into its auctions.
