TRANQUILITY, THE latest exhibition by Galway artist Pat Flannery, whose work focuses on the connection between emotions and the hidden stories within, will be officially opened tomorrow, in the Portershed, Eyre Square.
The guest speaker at the launch of Tranquillity will be Maeve Joyce, manager of the Galway Chamber of Commerce, tomorrow evening. The exhibition runs until mid August. Pat Flannery is a self-taught artist, whose works "ask the viewer to pause, take a step back, and enter a calm space to reconnect with memories of their childhood".
