A free public talk on fibromyalgia will take place tonight, May 24, in OxyGeneration, Merchants Road, Galway.
The talk, focusing on fibromyalgia and oxygeneration, will be given by Dr Hussain Bhatti, who specialises in the treatment of painful conditions.
Dr Bhatti will discuss the findings of the medical research paper on fibromyalgia from the Sagol Center for Hyperbaric Medicine and Research at the Tel Aviv University Hospital, one of the largest hyperbaric centres worldwide.
John Carey of U-First Coaching and Development will also speak at the event. Over the last 15 years, Mr Carey's influence on human performance has spanned both sports and business. In the sports domain, he has delivered performance coaching to a number of elite athletes and teams, who have won a combined four World titles, six All-Ireland titles, and 69 All-Star awards.
Dr Tom Cummins is a retired Canadian Royal Navy doctor who has clinical experience in hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT ). He will be available in the clinic all day today prior to his talk this evening to meet the public and answer any HBOT questions you may have
